Qualification:
Ex-ITI candidates should be passed out from the Institute duly recognized by NCVT duly covered through Gazette Notification of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, with minimum two years duration except for the WELDER (G & E) and COMPUTER OPERATOR AND PROGRAMMING ASSISTANT Trade. WELDER (G & E) and COPA should possess one year ITI certificate recognized by NCVT. Candidates appearing/ appeared in the final examination of the essential qualification, are also eligible to apply based on their original Admit Card of the essential Qualification Examination, duly verified by the Establishment authority. Such candidates have to submit a certificate from Princlpal of the Institute, where from he/she had studied.
Pay Scale:
For Welder & COPA (Computer Operator arid Programming Assistant - Rs.7767/- per/ month
For other Trades - Rs.8166/- per month
No other allowances will be paid during the period of Apprenticeship training.

How to Apply:
i) The Application in the given Format in the Advertisement, along with the requisite enclosures (copies of certificates etc) should be sent directly to

ii) Two recent passport size photographs attested by any Central/State Govt, Gazetted Officer or any other competent authority as per Govt. rule and pasted firmly on Application form and Crossed Postal Order of RS.30/- (Rupees Thirty only) in favour of 'THE DIRECTOR, CVRDE, AVADI CHENNAI', should be submitted along with the Application Form duly filled in by Candidate.
iii) No Postal Order is required for SC / ST & Physically Handicapped (PH)/ Physically Challenged (P.C) candidates.
iv) Envelope containing the Application Form must be superscribed in block letter "APPLICATION FOR Ex-ITI TRADE APPRENTICE".
